The Gaffney Homestead

  Welcome to Gaffney Homestead—where we share a glimpse of our home and our journey toward Christ-centered, wholesome living. 

We are an adoptive family of five—with three energetic boys and two loyal dogs, Lady (our German Shepherd) and Champ (our Australian Shepherd)—our days are full, intentional, and grounded in gratitude for God’s blessings. We are passionate about pursuing a more self-sufficient lifestyle. From gardening and raising backyard chickens to beekeeping and woodworking, we are continually learning and growing as we work toward our vision of sustainable homestead living. 

In our home, we value time spent together, gardening, music, crafts, games and wholesome fun.

 In the kitchen, you’ll often find Nichole baking her fresh sourdough breads and preparing homemade meals that bring the family together around the table.

In our online store, you’ll find our sourdough starter kits, with additional offerings coming soon—including recipes, handmade pottery, and other thoughtfully crafted goods.

Each product is created with care, purpose, and a genuine love for what we do.
