Welcome to our family! We’re the Gaffneys, based in Middleburg, Florida, and we’re grateful to share our journey toward Christ-centered, wholesome living. As a family of five with three energetic boys and two loyal dogs—Lady, our German Shepherd, and Champ, our Australian Shepherd—our days are full, intentional, and rooted in gratitude for God’s blessings.

We’re passionate about living a more self-sufficient lifestyle. From gardening and raising backyard chickens to beekeeping and woodworking, we’re continually learning and growing as we pursue our dream of sustainable farm life. In the kitchen, you’ll often find us baking fresh sourdough bread and preparing homemade meals that bring us together around the table.

We’re excited to open our website to share a piece of our home with you—offering sourdough loaves, baked goods, starter kits, and thoughtfully made homemade items. Each product is created with care and a love for simple, meaningful living.
